Software Engineer
As a software engineer for many years, I worked on the development of in-house services for major companies --from basic design to delivery--. In addition, as a team leader of up to 5-6 people, I am responsible for project management and customer negotiations, gaining experience in all the elements necessary for product development.
After that, I joined a venture company and as the only software engineer, I created a 3D-CAD for prosthetic legs and an in-house electronic medical record system from scratch. I communicated with Filipino and Indian colleagues in English, and all documents were written in English.
I carry out small-scale commissioned development of about 1-2 man months and web development.
As an in-house software engineer for a venture company that manufactures prosthetic legs, I was in charge of 3D-CAD development and electronic medical record development.
When I joined the company, I was the only Software Engineer, so I built a system from scratch to centralize online patient information and CAD data that had previously been managed in Excel and Google Drive.
At the same time, I also developed 3D-CAD for designing prosthetic legs online.
I mainly worked on the development of mobile carrier backbone systems and house manufacturers' in-house CAD systems. I have experience in projects with 5 to 40 participants and costs ranging from 50 million yen to 1 billion yen. As for the work process, I am in charge of basic design, coding, testing, and maintenance.
For the last two years, I have also been responsible for outsourcing management, schedule management, etc. as a team leader for 5-6 people.
